Today, let’s briefly talk about the furniture industry zone in China.

As a senior buyer, I believe you know about the furniture production industry zone in China very well. But some people are far away from China and don’t come to China so often, and the information is not so comprehensive. So have this article today!

In China, there is three major furniture production zone, which is distributed in the South and the middle of China’s coastal areas. They are the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Bohai rim, as the picture. Ok, next, let’s find the furniture features of these production areas:

1. Pearl River Delta: the main cities are Foshan, Shunde, Dongguan, and Shenzhen. The furniture in this area is mainly a luxury sofa and leather sofa, also have room bed, main of them produce Italy style sofa.

2. Yangtze River Delta, the main cities are Anji, Ningbo, Jinhua, and Hangzhou. There is diversified furniture in this production zone. Why? Let’s go over this. Anji is mainly famous for gaming chairs and office chairs, I believe many buyers purchase it from here. Ningbo is mainly made of fabric sofa and chair, and there are also some leather sofa chairs, more European Style. Jinhua has so many outdoor furnituries factory, and also famous for rattan furniture.

3. Around the Bohai Sea, the main cities are Langfang, Tianjin, and Luoyang. There are so many Europe style chairs with wood legs in Langfang. Tianjin is dominated by metal dining chairs. Cabinet and closet are produced in Luoyang.

In addition to the three main zones mentioned above, there is a special furniture zone, it’s Zhangzhou where I am located is famous for steel-pipe furniture and panel furniture, such as coffee table, folding chair, dining table set, shelf, and metal chair, etc., which are disassembled and assembled.
